100 g cashew nuts (unsalted)
100 g soft figs
50 g walnut kernels
40 g soft apricots
60 g coconut oil

Chop finely with the figs in portions in a blitz. Roast walnuts in a non-stick pan until they are fragrant. Let cool, chop with the apricots with a large knife.

Let coconut oil melt in a warm water bath. Mix all ingredients with 40 g coconut flakes, the spices and a pinch of salt.

Shape the mixture into about 24 balls. Roll the candy in the remaining coconut flakes. Let it set in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
